welcoming the new ^^ and old to upland

The transition to Taylor
Upland has been
easier than I thought.
Although that tirst
week was certainly
overwhelming, my PAs
and professors were
all very helpful. What a
huge blessing!

-Caitlin Wilson '12

I love the noodle-making
project because it's an excuse
to get messy, and it's beautiful
to see students and faculty
come together to serve Grant
County. I'm amazed at what
two dozen eggs and 12 cups of
flour can do through the power
of Christ's love.

1. Every freshman faced the challenges of the low ropes course with their 0-group, working with their peers to complete
the tasks before them and learning lessons that will benefit them throughout their college experience.

2. Morgan Worrell dives into helping out the Upland Fire Department at the yearly Community Plunge. Students from all
over campus volunteered to help serve people in Grant County.

3. The campus united to welcome and pray for the incoming freshmen at the first chapel of the year

4. Cade Weston and Rachel Tomasik "swing their partner" at the hoedown. Students made new friends, became
reaqainted with old ones, and danced with them all.
